Day 3 - I'm going to give this a shot....I'm not sure if I will last though. The guy on the videos seems a bit annoying....kissing his guns and all. On top of it the workout for today (shoulder/arms) didn't even seem that difficult. Perhaps I wasn't using heavy enough weights...but I don't want to bulk up! Eh...we'll see about this...
